Booking Policy

  • Cancellations

    If you notify us via email at least 14 days before your booking, we can issue a refund, deducting a £5 administration fee.
    Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are non-refundable.

  • Refunds

    Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at studiosan.jpg@gmail.com

  • Late Arrival

    Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule, depending on availability.
    Please note that rescheduling due to late arrival is not guaranteed and no refunds will be offered.

  • No-shows

    If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your session will be marked as missed and will be neither refundable nor eligible for rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling

    You may reschedule your session up to 14days before your appointment. Rescheduling is permitted once only.
    After this point, we won’t be able to reschedule or issue a refund.

  • Photo Use & Copyright

    Photos from your session may be used for our portfolio or social media. Let us know in advance if you'd prefer not to be featured.
    All photos are copyrighted and belong to Studio San. You're welcome to use them for personal use, but commercial or edited use requires our permission.
